Meet John

John has been helping clients make informed financial and tax planning decisions for over 30 years. He finds the personal relationship side of business very enjoyable. John is passionate about our financial planning process, My Wealth Plan™, which is built on three Cs: Clarity of where you are and what you want to obtain, Comprehensive planning, which leads to Confidence in your financial and life decisions. John has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ since 1995; he also holds a California real estate license and California insurance licenses for life, disability, and long-term care insurance.

John has always been actively involved in the community. He has been a member of the Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce, member of the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club, member (and former President and Treasurer) of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay, Director of the Coastside Boys and Girls Club, and a long-time coach of youth and high school basketball. 

John’s most recent community service endeavor is being an active Volunteer Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder for the Lockwood Fire District in the Gold Country. John is a life-long learner who is loving spending more and more time with his wife Penni in their beautiful spot outside of the small town of Volcano in the foothills, where he enjoys woodworking, gardening, and taking care of a growing menagerie of pets that now includes chickens, pooches, and cats.
